COMPLYING DEVELOPMENT CERTIFICATES

If you're looking for assistance with Complying Development Certificate (CDC), we can help. We review plans, and coordinate with builders.

CONSTRUCTION CERTIFICATES

If your project cannot proceed under a CDC approval, a Development Application (DA) through the Council will be required. Once the DA is approved, we can review and assess the plans and prepare the supporting information to help achieve a Construction Certificate approval.

Final approval is essential before any building can be occupied. We conduct inspections, review required documentation and verify compliance with legislation before issuing your Occupation Certificate (OC).
